The church situated in the hamlet of Casalguidi, in the town of Serravalle Pistoiese. The building is documented as from sec. XII in which he was parish and collegiate, and later, between 1759 and 1796 was transformed. There are still the most important works, including a table showing the Madonna and Child and the Saints Peter, Sebastian, Cosma, Sylvester and John Leonardo Malatesta, edf also a canvas of Alexi Gemignani.
